Remove org.eclipse.mylyn.wikitext.ant and org.apache.ant dependencies from platform

Currently org.simantics.wiki.ui.feature includes org.eclipse.mylyn.wikitext.ant and therefore also org.apache.ant.

We don't need Mylyn Wikitext Ant tasks, nor Ant for that matter.

Remove both from org.simantics.wiki.ui.feature.
