Support experiment-context resolution for Show referenced component action in TimeSeriesEditor

Currently the Show referenced component action in the time series chart editor is not shown for charted components that do not exist in the model configuration context.

It is possible that items from experiment context variables are charted and currently in those cases the action is just not shown.

The action shall perform the "default action" on the resource representation of the first parent variable that actually has a resource representation, i.e. is configured in a model.
