Semiautomatic linking of shared libraries at drag-and-drop handling

Feature request

If a user drops a user component from a shared library onto a diagram of a project that has not been linked to the shared library, a question of whether the user wants to link the shared library is presented to the user.

If the user selects cancel, the drop event is ignored.
