In multivariate symbols, the equation field doesn't update according to the selected item in an enumeration

In the gif below the symbol has two values: [123, 54] at indices [index, index2] respectively. The equation field doesn't update when changing the selected index, one needs to reselect the symbol in order to see the second field.
