FMIL.loadFMUFile() returns successfully, even if FMU file does not exist
When loadFMUFile() is called with a non-existent FMU file, no exceptions are thrown and all object properties are in seemingly valid values.
This is caused by behaviour of the native loadFMUFile_() method, which returns a valid id even for a non-existent file.
This results in an exception from the FMU at a later point, when an attempt is made to access the FMU.
