HandleEventRequest is not cacheable but is used as if it was
The current implementation of HandleEventRequest does not have any equals/hashCode implementation nor is it inherited from any base class like UnaryRead which it could be inherited from. It just implements Read<AbstractEventHandler>
which does not support caching and causes the query cache to accumulate HandleEventRequest instances with the exact same String id
parameter.
