Disable SWT mouse wheel event production to avoid duplicate events from both AWT and SWT
Related to #64 (closed).
In #64 (closed) hacks were added to EventQueue to effectively filter out any AWT-produced mouse wheel events and only accept SWT-produced events.
In Windows, both AWT and SWT produce events and naturally we don't want duplicate events. In Linux, only AWT produces mouse wheel events so the current code just filters all of them out and we're left with G2D never handling any mouse wheel events at all.
I don't have any idea how these events work in MacOSX, but by just using the AWT mouse wheel events and ignoring SWT mouse wheel events, we seem to get a working solution for Windows and Linux.
