PGraph runtime compilation should not complain about external references in dependencies
When compiling ontologies in shared libraries the compiler does not really know about dependencies. It just takes all available ontologies as dependencies. Then it's possible that some of these ontologies refer to the internals in the ontology being compiled as external references. Such references are ok and should not produce an error during compilation.
